Get More at a Glance: Appointment Colors and Icons

One of the most commonly requested features since we launched MyTime Scheduler is here! Now you can color code your appointments by staff, service type or appointment status!

Set the default color of appointments by appointment status, service type, or staff member from your Settings page.

  1. We call the current view of scheduler color coding by ‘appointment status’. This will be the default option for all merchants.

  2. If a merchant chooses to color code by staff, all of their staff will be assigned a default color. They can change these colors on the availability page:

  3. If a merchant chooses to color code by service, all of their variations will be assigned a default color. Variations under the same service will be assigned the same color by default. They can change these colors on the services page:

Merchants can manually override the default color of the appointments and blockages on scheduler:

New icons at the top right of the appointment indicated whether an appointment is prepaid, recurring, contains a note and it’s status.
