We’re excited to announce our newest feature: calculating and tracking staff compensation. Now you can set compensation rules per staff member and easily track what they’re owed–right from your MyTime Dashboard.
How To Get Started:
1. Set Staff Compensation – Calculate staff compensation at a fixed rate per hour, a percentage of revenue, a fixed amount per service, or a combination of all three! Compensation metrics need to be set per employee from the Availability tab.
2. View Your Reports – Once you’ve set compensation rules for each staff member you can go to your Dashboard, click on “More Reports” and then select “Compensation”.
3. Access your data – Want to export your compensation data? Download to a PDF or spreadsheet with just one click.
