We’re very proud to announce that merchants can now create custom promotions! MyTime Promotions lets you create customized promo codes, redeemable on mytime.com and the MyTime mobile app, and then promote your offer to clients with a custom email campaign. Here’s how to get started:
1) Go to Marketing > Promotions. Here you set the basic parameters for your promotion: discount amount, whether it’s a percentage or dollar discount, dates promotion is valid, whether the code can only be used once per customer, and whether it’s valid for new clients only. Under “Advanced Options”, you can set restrictions by location, staff, and service type. Lastly, create your code. If you want word of your promotion to spread, pick something easy to remember!
2) After the new promo code is saved, review the promo details in your Promotions dashboard. Hover over the code you just created and click the option to “Send”. This will automatically take you to the Campaigns tab to create your email.
3) On the email template, click on the “[Promotion Code]” text to select the specific code you want to feature. This will also populate the other important details about your promotion, such as any usage restrictions. Finally, select your recipients and send! Share your code on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for maximum exposure.
