We’re excited to announce some big improvements to our POS based on months of feedback and testing:
- Take Payment via iPhone or Android – MyTime POS is now available on as part of the MyTime Scheduler app for iPhone (we’re still polishing up our native POS for Android, but it’s coming soon). All the convenience of integrated POS & inventory management is available right from your pocket including bar code scanning using the device’s camera and a credit card swiper (available at mytime.com/hardware) that plugs into your headphone jack! Just update your MyTime Scheduler iOS app or Download the app today!
- Do More with POS – Now you can sell gift cards and packages, apply sales taxes to services, and add discounts and promo codes! You can also create new appointments right from the POS interface and easily add to or edit services from pre-booked appointments.
- Accept HSA/FSA cards – Allow clients to pay with using their Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) cards when eligible. Make checkout quick and seamless for your clients–regardless of how they want to pay!
Second, we are lowering our credit card processing rates from the previous 2.69% to 2.5% + $.30/transactions. This will apply to ALL credit cards including AmEx and Discover. Unlike most companies, we do not charge you extra for Card Not Present transactions (ie: online bookings). We’re committed to simplifying your credit card fees.
MyTime’s POS is already included in the Scheduler and Premium Package or it can be purchased a la carte as a stand-alone module. To get immediate access to POS, simply add it to your plan from your Account page
